TIME FOR AN ASSESSMENT
How the Focus Assessment Brings Clarity
Consistency: Can your child keep focus over time, even with repetitive tasks? This insight reveals why they might struggle to start or finish assignments reliably, especially if they’re managing ADHD. If you notice they have “good days and bad days,” consistency is often a core factor.
Performance ( Processing Speed): Is it tough for them to keep up? Processing speed gives insights into how efficiently your child completes tasks on time. When performance lags, tasks can feel endless, leading to frustration and missed details.
Impulsivity: Are careless mistakes common? Impulsivity can lead to rushed work and avoidable errors. This part of the assessment shows if your child’s reactions are quick and without thought – something that can impact learning and social interactions alike.
Distractions: Do sights and sounds throw them off? Measuring their reaction to visual and auditory distractions shows if they have difficulty filtering out irrelevant information, which can make busy environments challenging for focus.

STEP 1
Contact an Agent and book a FOCUS Assesment
No more shot in the dark!
If your child struggles with any attention or behaviour problems, a FOCUS assessment is a place to start.
The FOCUS CPT (Continuous Performance Test) was developed jointly by Afriforte, leaders in statistics, psychometrics and tool development and by Biolink Brain Training.
We use the assessment to measure the child's skills level on the four aspects of attentional control. The results are then used to customise a skills development program 100% for the child.
STEP 2
Take the Assessment
The FOCUS CPT (Computerized Performance Test takes only 20 minutes to complete.

STEP 3
Report Discussion
We care about you and your child.
During this 1 hour discussion, we are there to listen to your concerns and discuss the results of the report and the behavioural assessment chart that is completed by the person observing while the assessment is taken.
STEP 4
Enrollment
The program is 100% customised for each individual. We do not believe in one size fits all because we are all unique.
The agency owner will discuss the enrollment process with you.
